About Malibu Green Machine
The MalibuGreenMachine is a nonprofit, nonpolitical organization of volunteers with a mission to “green” public spaces in Malibu.

The MalibuGreenMachine functions as a team effort. The group is dedicated to greening Malibu by working with city departments, neighborhood associations, and local businesses. This nonprofit is a lean machine--it has no administrative costs, no operating expenses (except for a nonprofit insurance policy), no rented office space. Most services and materials--whether the graphic design for the logo, or food for the St. Patrick’s Day Wear the Green to “Green” Malibu Party- are donated. It has no paid staff, no paid consultants. All work is done by a large number of volunteers. Thus, all donations are applied 100% to the projects.
